Ball Invitation, Inc. Terms of Service

Welcome to Ball Invitation, Inc. (“Ball Invitation,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ball Invitation iOS application (“App”), website, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

1. Overview of Services

Ball Invitation provides a unique shopping experience where users RSVP to curated shopping events at partner boutiques. By securing an RSVP, users gain access to select looks without individual pricing, creating an exclusive and seamless shopping experience.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
  • By using the Services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Accounts & Security

  • You may be required to create an account to use certain features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access your account.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. RSVPs & Access to Events

  • An RSVP grants access to a participating store’s curated selection.
  • RSVPs may be non-transferable unless explicitly permitted within the App.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you check in before your RSVP expires.
  • Partner stores may set their own rules regarding look availability and experience guidelines.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • Preauthorization for an RSVP is required and will be processed through third-party payment providers.
  • The amount preauthorized grants access to a look, not the purchase of individual items.
  • RSVPs are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or explicitly stated in the App.
  • Ball Invitation does not process payments directly and is not responsible for third-party payment processing errors.

6. User Conduct

By using our Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to circumvent the RSVP system or misrepresent your identity.
  • Engage in fraudulent activity, including chargebacks intended to dispute valid RSVPs.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Partner Stores & Third-Party Services

  • Ball Invitation partners with independent boutiques, but we do not own or control their operations.
  • Any disputes arising from in-store experiences should be addressed directly with the store.
  • Third-party services, such as payment processors, may have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their actions.

8. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access if we determine, at our discretion, that you have violated these Terms. In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content within the App, including branding, text, and media, is owned by Ball Invitation or its licensors.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of our Services without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Our Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ball Invitation is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

11. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in [Insert Jurisdiction].
